Like many of our goals here at Sweetwater, we strive to be a part of a global solution. Our team has been diligent and hardworking to make our shop as safe as possible for our customers as well as our staff.
We have temporarily closed our dining room, and currently have only outdoor seating available. We are blessed to live in a beautiful valley, so let's enjoy it together
We have circulating hosts who can take your order and payment in the yard, on the porch, or even in your car Once your order has been placed, our speedy baristas will get you all fixed up, and your order will be called out for you to pick up. This ensures all parties can remain contactless.
We encourage and accept all call-in orders! We will be happy to serve you curbside. Shoot us a call at 706-878-1521 with any questions or orders you might have. Let us get you taken care of.
Our dining room is stocked full of wonderful, local, handmade pottery and other items. We do require a mask to enter the building. No worries if you're without one, we have plenty available for you to use

OUR HISTORY
Sweetwater Coffeehouse has been a special place in the valley since it was founded in 1994 by Eric and Anna Anderson. In 2009, Carolyn Hayes took ownership and continued to cultivate the welcoming environment the Andersons created.
And today, new owners Ben and Betsy Dockins are grateful for the opportunity to carry on the Sweetwater Coffeehouse legacy established by the Andersons and Ms. Hayes.
Ben and Betsy plan to continue to build on the foundation of serving only organic coffee from Thanksgiving Coffee Company with the addition of organic compliments for every cup served. As local potters, Ben and Betsy also plan to invest more energy into expanding the handmade mugs, plates, and other items that have often been found at Sweetwater.
